INGREDIENTS:

Fermented grass blend** (barley grass**, oat grass**, wheat grass**, alfalfa grass**, Lactobacillus plantarum, Saccharomyces boulardii, and molasses**), alfalfa herb**, barley grass**, defatted flax seed**, oat grass**, rye grass**, broccoli**, ginger root**, chlorella**, dulse**, licorice root**, spirulina**, kale leaf**, defatted sunflower seed**, cinnamon bark**, and defatted sesame seed**. **Certified organic. Other ingredients: natural flavors.

SUGGESTED USE:

Take 1 scoop (8 grams or 1.6 teaspoons) per day, mixed in a glass of water, juice, or coconut water; blended into a smoothie; sprinkled on breakfast bowls (with yogurt, berries, grains, nuts, etc.); or mixed into soups (once they’ve been removed from the heat source). Drink plenty of water throughout the day.

CORRECT STORAGE:

For maximum freshness, keep Udo’s Choice® Green Blend refrigerated after opening, and use within 60 days. Extend the shelf life of Udo’s Choice® Green Blend up to 2 years by storing it in the freezer. You can re-freeze opened packages to keep them fresh longer without damaging the nutrients.

    Another fine product from Udo’s!! The green blend is a great way to get your greens each day. We love to sprinkle it over our salad or I also mix it in a fruit smoothie. I trust Udo’s for high quality products and they have never let me down!

    I’m not a big eater of greens because my belly doesn’t seem to like them too much, but I know I’m missing out so this is my solution. It tastes great and my energy levels have improved. Normally take it with about a liter of water while working out. Easy to digest, with no evidence of bloating or gas which is great. Great product!
