Me so crazy for miso dressing! Yes, that’s what you’ll be telling yourself, once you try our Udo’s Oil Asian Miso Dressing.
A favorite in our repertoire of dressing recipes, this recipe traditionally uses sesame oil. The beauty of using Udo’s Oil 3·6·9 Blend instead is that you still get the sesame oil (it’s one of main ingredients in the blend) plus the added benefits of the other oils (flax, sunflower, coconut, evening primrose) and in a balanced ratio of omega-3 and -6, so you are getting a much better fat profile for health.
Play around with the parts to make this miso dressing taste the way you really like – it’s pretty hard to make a version of this that you won’t love. The maple syrup is optional: you can add per instructions below or reduce it to 1 or 2 tablespoons – or not at all – depending on your taste. Add to fish, greens and other vegetables, grain bowls, dips, lettuce wraps, etc., and store extra dressing in a well-sealed glass container in the fridge.
