Wake up on the right side of the bed with this breakfast bowl sure to power you right through your day!
Makes 1 serving
1 cup of oats made with filtered water, 1 part oats to two parts water
1 tablespoon mixed seeds
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon shredded coconut
1 tablespoon Udo’s Oil
a fist full of mixed nuts (soaked overnight)
- The night before, place the mixed nuts in a small bowl, cover with water, and let soak overnight;
- Cook one cup of dry oats with two parts water. While the oats are cooking, drain the water from the bowl of the soaking nuts;
- Transfer the cooked oats to a bowl, then add the nuts, chia seeds, mixed seeds, and shredded coconut, and drizzle Udo’s Oil on top.
