This great Udo's Oil Asian Miso Dressing recipe came from our Udo's Choice distributors in Malaysia & Singapore. If you love a great dressing as much as we do, you may want to also try our Carrot-Ginger Dressing, Turmeric-Tahini Dressing, or our Big Fat Greek Dressing (coming soon!).
A favorite in our repertoire of to-die-for (or should I say to-live-for!) dressing recipes, this recipe traditionally uses sesame oil. The beauty of using Udo's Oil 3·6·9 Blend instead is that you still get the sesame oil (it's one of main ingredients in Udo's Oil) plus the added benefits of the other oils (flax, sunflower, coconut, evening primrose) and in a balanced ratio of 2:1 omega-3 and -6, so you are getting a much better fat profile for health.
Play around with the parts to make this miso dressing taste the way you really like – it's pretty hard to make a version of this that you won't love. The maple syrup is optional: you can add per instructions below or reduce it to 1 or 2 tablespoons – or not at all – depending on your taste. Add to fish, greens and other vegetables, grain bowls, lettuce wraps, etc., and store extra dressing in a well-sealed glass container in the fridge.
