This shake is protein packed, full of healthy fats, and absolutely DELICIOUS! Great for breakfast, post workout, or a healthful treat midday when you can’t fit a meal in. If you desire a little more sweetness add pure, raw, local honey or a couple of stevia drops.
CARROT CAKE SHAKE
½ cup shredded carrot
1 tablespoon Udo’s Choice Wholesome Fast Food
1 tablespoon Udo’s Oil 3·6·9 Blend
½ teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon ginger
½ teaspoon vanilla
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
1 cup full-fat coconut milk
1 scoop quality protein
1 cup water
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Put the first 7 ingredients and ½ cup of coconut milk in the blender and blend until smooth. Add the rest of the coconut milk and the protein and blend again. Slowly pour in the water while still blending.
