Banana-Matcha Smoothie
Makes about 2 cups or 16 fl. oz. (1-2 servings), blend until smooth
1 medium ripe banana, chopped in pieces
2 tablespoons Udo’s Oil® 3·6·9 Blend
1 tablespoon Matcha (powdered green tea)
2 8oz. scoops (about 1 tablespoon) Udo’s Green Blend
10 whole cashews or almonds
4 ice cubes (optional)
1 cup water (or milk, oat milk, or other alternative milk for a creamier version)

Makes about 2 cups or 16 fl. oz. (1-2 servings), blend until smooth
2 ripe kiwis (fresh or frozen), skins removed & roughly chopped
⅛ of an English cucumber (about 2 inches), roughly chopped
A handful of spinach
⅛ cup parsley (Italian or curly), roughly chopped

2 8oz. scoops (about 1 tablespoon) Udo’s Green Blend
1 teaspoon fresh ginger root, minced or finely grated
½ a lime, juiced (optional)
½ cup of water

½ a ripe banana, roughly chopped
